Summary:
Responsible for leading the financial activities of the Garden Furniture Business Unit in Keter's Portersville / Adams Manufacturing facility, supporting manufacturing operations, cost accounting, fixed assets, sales, marketing, transportation and logistics.
Manage operations finance and certain accounting activities and provide functional excellence in financial reporting, financial analysis, financial planning, cost modeling, budgeting, process improvement, internal controls and talent development.
Serve as a strategic business partner to B/U Leader & NA CFO.
This role will be highly visible in the organization and will be a key influencer in helping shape the long-term strategy of Garden Furniture NA and achieve its overall goals.
In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To:
Provide financial leadership, direction and decision support for manufacturing operations, product development/engineering, sales, product management and supply chain.
Proactively communicate issues and opportunities to improve the overall business and processes.
Provide explanations for variances from expected results, identify trends and provide actionable reporting and analysis of plant performance.
Includes the creation and delivery of enhanced management reports, key performance indicators and dashboards that allow management to better understand operating results, identify risks and opportunities and make informed decisions.
Oversee the local cost accounting function and ensure that cost updates are performed timely and internal control and GAAP along with IFRS requirements are met.
Support product life cycle management and product innovation by providing cost modeling and accurate product costing.
Manage Plant Controller(s) and have local dotted line oversight for the local accounting team, including assistance in monitoring local shared services staff performance, effectively coach/counsel employees when asked to provide the local support.
Requirements:
What You Need To Succeed:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance CPA or CMA certification preferred Minimum 8 years' experience in operations finance preferably in a process manufacturing environment with previous roles of increasing responsibility.
Experience should include strong competency in cost accounting and experience the areas of fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, transportation and logistics.
SAP experience required Job Type:
Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
